This course will cover the most common topics and issues identified during home inspections. Many home inspections myths will be dispelled, and the true meaning behind many issues will be explained. This course will also discuss ways of writing an effective purchase agreement amendment based on the inspection.

Participants will be able to write an effective purchase agreement amendment that details desired outcome. Participants will also have a clear understanding of why many of the most common home inspection issues matter, and what should be done about them.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate continuing education, course #1033019.

MN licensees cannot repeat the same course within their own 2 year license period. So if you have taken the same class live, you cant also get credit for the on-demand version within your 2 year license period. 

After you take the final, we will submit your CE to the state. It may take up to a week for the credit to appear in Pulse Portal.
